Job description
VELCO in Rutland, Vermont seeks a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support the NERC Compliance Program and protect the reliability and security of Vermont's electric transmission system.
In this role, you will coordinate program development, perform regular assessments, and drive process improvements across Operations, IT, and Planning. A minimum of three years in compliance or related roles is required, with strong knowledge of NERC standards and regulatory guidelines.
