Pharma Engineering Co?Op ProgramNestlé USA's Pharma Co?Op Program is a development experience designed to give selected individuals real?world exposure while pursuing their degree and deepening their understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing at Nestlé USA. The Co?Op Program consists of a full-time 6-month immersive experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) testing environment, intended to build capability and understanding of continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment at Nestlé USA. Participants receive an exciting introduction to the world of Nestlé USA and gain insight into the various departments that collaborate to bring our products to life. As you progress in your educational career, you will experience a unique breadth of work assignments within your area of expertise.Primary ResponsibilitiesAs a Pharma Engineering Co?Op, you will learn and grow while delivering results for Nestlé USA through key projects, systems, and people. Project assignments provide opportunities to:Demonstrate initiativeWork cross-functionallyBuild knowledge and skills by recommending organizational actions focused on cost savings or operational efficienciesEach Co?Op is expected to complete a value-added project within the program timeframe.Sample ProjectsExamples of projects may include:Quality, process improvement, and troubleshooting projects using basic problem-solving or statistical analysisStandardizing work processes to improve operations and support training of new techniciansSupport introduction of new technologies and processes. Hands-on testing of equipment, facilities, and utilities in accordance with predefined test protocols.Optimize use of computerized systems and business tools to ensure high level of quality and efficiency in day-to-day operationsParticipate in equipment failure investigations, metrology initiatives, and engineering documentation tasksSafety initiativesRequirements:Education: Working toward a bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or related discipline. Completion of the required Bachelor's degree attained by December 2027 or June 2028.GPA of 3.0 or higher preferredSkills & Knowledge: Strong communication and presentation skills. Analytical skills for data tracking and results analysis. Ability to work and thrive in a team environment. Demonstrated learning agility. Ability to deliver results on challenging assignmentsAdditional Requirements: Comfortable working with people in various capacities within a laboratory setting. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
