Job Title: .Net Architect. Job Location: Mechanicsburg, PA. Onsite/Hybrid: Onsite. Duration: 1+ years.
Required Skills
Frameworks: Mastery of .NET 8+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Languages: Advanced expertise in C# and TypeScript.
Cloud Architecture: Proven experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, AKS).
Data Systems: Deep knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (CosmosDB).
Design Patterns: Expert‑level command of Microservices, Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS.
DevOps: Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
System Architecture: Design resilient, secure, and scalable cloud‑native .NET applications.
Team Leadership: Mentor 5–10 developers, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth.
Technical Roadmap: Define engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for the department.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Hands‑on Development: Code critical system components and establish foundational frameworks
Experience: 8+ years in software engineering
3+ years as a software architect.
Leadership: 2+ years of direct experience managing or leading agile development teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
