Role: .NET Developer (Power BI)
Location: Fully remote (onsite interview required - need candidates within commutable distance of Trenton, NJ)
Duration: 5-months (possible extension)

Job Description
We are looking for a .NET Developer (Power BI) for a full-time, 5-month+ contract opportunity that is fully remote . The .NET Developer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, and component/assembly testing of all .Net application code owned by the Application Team. The selected candidate will be involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. The selected candidate will be expected to have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team. The .NET Developer works with the Business Analyst, Application Architect, and other Application Development Team members on an as needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
3+ years of experience using Entity Framework either Database-First or Code-First approach or other ORM tools
3+ years of SQL Server experience including database design, querying in SQL Server and T-SQL, and optimization
3+ years of solid JavaScript experience with hands-on experience in 2 or more frameworks (e.G., React, Angular, Vue.Js, jQuery)
3+ years of experience with RESTful API design and implementation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
3+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
3+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools
2+ years of demonstrated experience with Power BI report development and data visualization
