Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, daily living skills and more.The BasicsPay: We offer a competitive pay range of $20 - $25 per hour + $2/hr Shift Differential Pay (Cases/Hours worked after 5 pm) + extensive employee benefits with part-time/full time opportunities + annual raises. All BeeKind staff can increase pay opportunities through professional development, performance and paid remote training.Position Schedule and Location: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday, In-Home, McDonough, GA.All BeeKind cases are M-F. Your mornings and afternoons will be filled with engaging and enjoyable sessions, tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You will collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development.Requirements for a Registered Behavior Technician40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skillsValid RBT certificationExperience as an RBT/BT/ParaprofessionalProficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notesComfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus!A Little About Us: BeeKind ABA TherapyWe specialize in providing compassionate and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2 - 16 in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
