Qualifications
8+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite.
Experience in application support and development.
Expertise in workflows and functional areas and designing the project.
Responsibilities
Develop scripts and workflows to enhance NetSuite functionality and automate business processes.
Assist in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions for NetSuite issues as needed.
Create, maintain, and optimize existing NetSuite customizations using Suite Script, Suite Commerce, Suite Talk, and Suite Flow.
Review all configuration changes and manage production releases to ensure the highest quality of code deployment and security.
Integrate, support, and maintain third party software connections to NetSuite using web services, REST APIs, and other methods.
Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users including training.
Monitor and administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, etc.
