NetSuite Solution Architect
Fully Remote - CST
Position Summary
We are seeking a senior, hands‑on NetSuite Solution Architect to assess an existing NetSuite environment and identify opportunities to improve configuration, financial processes, reporting, integrations, controls, and use of native NetSuite capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Assess current NetSuite configuration and architecture against business and finance requirements.
Evaluate record-to-report, financial close, procure-to-pay, project accounting, billing, and financial reporting processes.
Review financial dimensions, workflows, roles/permissions, saved searches, reports, SuiteAnalytics, controls, and integration points.
Assess current integrations and data flows between NetSuite and connected applications.
Identify manual processes, configuration gaps, unnecessary customization, and underutilized native functionality.
Evaluate opportunities to replace third‑party functionality with native NetSuite capabilities, including AP automation and project/time‑tracking capabilities.
Support ASC 606 analysis from a NetSuite systems and configuration perspective.
Develop solution recommendations, implementation dependencies, effort estimates, and roadmap activities.
Ideal Background
Deep, hands‑on NetSuite architecture and configuration expertise.
Strong finance and accounting process knowledge.
Experience with SuiteAnalytics, reporting, workflows, roles, controls, and integrations.
Experience assessing and optimizing mature NetSuite environments.
Strong client‑facing consulting skills with the ability to move between technical detail and executive‑level recommendations.
