Job description
Location: Brookfield, WI - 3 days onsite
Duration: 6 months +

Day to day responsibilities will include: troubleshooting, resolving operations issues, break fix, working with both US and International teams, branch support/setup, SD-WAN transports at the branches which are managed by Bell Canada, routing/performance issues through datacenters, raise floor environments, connectivity, internet, interplay between devices, classification of issues on level how critical they are, parse through different level of events/alarms, ticket que, incoming calls and call manager voice system support.
Must have:
CCNA certification or higher
Cisco routers and switches
Circuits and connectivity - analysis of routing and circuits. Example, work with all involved teams/vendors if servers go down for a location with 150 users.
Firewalls - Checkpoint preferred. Need to make sure the firewalls are up and running. Traffic analysis, logs and work with vendors.
Check Point SmartConsole
Splunk or another similar tool for log analyses. "Repository"
F5 load balancers
TCPDUMP, MPLS and LTE 5G. Work with different traffic MPLS goes down/fails over to the broadband. xhqgsiq
Nice to have:
Datacenter experience.

F5 BIG-IP LTM and DNS
Checkpoint FW

Traffic trending and analysis – including analysis of packet captures
