Job description
We are looking for an experienced Network Architect to design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Cisco networking, routing, switching, security, and large-scale enterprise environments.
Design and develop scalable and secure enterprise network architectures
Plan and implement LAN, WAN, data center, and cloud networking solutions
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks
Manage VLANs, IP addressing, routing, and network segmentation
Work with OSPF and BGP routing protocols
Analyze network performance and troubleshoot complex network issues
Support network upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects
Create network diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation plans
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and vendor teams
Provide technical guidance to network engineers
8+ years of Network Engineering/Network Architecture experience
Strong experience with Cisco routers and switches
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, and subnetting
Hands-on experience with OSPF and BGP
Enterprise LAN/WAN and data center networking experience
Network security and firewall knowledge
Network monitoring and troubleshooting experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
CCNP or other advanced networking certification
Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco firewall experience
SD-WAN and wireless networking
AWS or Azure cloud networking
Python, Ansible, or other network automation experience
Visio or other network diagramming tools
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field preferred.
