Design and troubleshoot VPN and tunneling technologies, including SSL/TLS, IPSEC, policy-based VPNs, and GRE.

Work hands-on in the CLI across Cisco, Palo Alto, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba, and Ruckus platforms.

Standardize and maintain accurate documentation of client network environments before handoff to support teams.

Leadership Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and coaching to network engineers and project resources from technical oversight

Review network designs, implementation plans, and documentation before client delivery.

Serve as the senior escalation point for complex networking challenges and lead high-visibility engagements.

Identify risks early, drive process improvement and automation, and partner with the Engineering, Escalations, and Service Desk teams on seamless handoffs.

Support the Network Team Manager with interviews and hiring of the network engineers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
