Job description
Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first 2 months, then hybrid with 3 days onsite per week.
We are seeking an experienced Network Manager to provide technical leadership and oversee a complex enterprise network environment within a healthcare organization.
The successful candidate will combine strong network engineering expertise with proven experience managing technical teams and supporting large-scale network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead and provide technical guidance to the Network Engineering team.
Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise network infrastructure.
Manage network services including LAN, WAN, wireless, VoIP, VPN, and Internet/Intranet environments.
Ensure network availability, performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
Oversee network monitoring and operational support functions.
Partner with IT and security stakeholders on network architecture, upgrades, and strategic initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop technical staff.
Maintain network standards, documentation, and infrastructure diagrams.
Support technology projects, infrastructure upgrades, and budget planning.
Required Experience
7+ years of experience in network engineering, including LAN, WAN, and VoIP.
5+ years of IT management experience within a healthcare or hospital environment .
Experience managing technical teams and Network Operations functions.
Strong knowledge of network architecture, security, monitoring, and performance management.
Experience with VoIP and Unified Communications.
Strong troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Healthcare or hospital IT experience is essential for this role.
