Job description
Overview
Deploy and support enterprise network infrastructure, specializing in switching, routing, and SD-WAN solutions. This role focuses on network configuration, troubleshooting, and customer implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and deploy network switches, routers, and SD-WAN devices.
Support data center installations and network connectivity testing.
Plan and execute network migrations and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
Document configurations and deployment procedures.
Coordinate with customers and technical teams during implementations.
Provide post-deployment support and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Cisco switching, routing, and SD-WAN.
Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with data center networking and configuration tools.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
CCNA or CCNP certifications preferred.
