Detailed Job Description:
As a Network Project Manager – III in Lewis Center, OH (Hybrid) via The Judge Group, you will serve as the principal project leadership authority responsible for overseeing end-to-end network deployment, planning, and operations initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will encompass directing macro and small cell deployments, managing network hub architecture rollouts, coordinating alarm identification and troubleshooting procedures, and aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, NOC, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end network deployment, infrastructure planning, and project management for macro and small cell wireless initiatives.
Oversee network hub architecture rollouts, hub integration, and high-availability connectivity frameworks.
Direct alarm identification, fault isolation, and troubleshooting procedures across telecommunications network operations.
Collaborate proactively with Network Operations Centers (NOC), RF engineering squads, and field deployment teams.
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, milestones, deliverables, and budget tracking across agile delivery cycles.
Monitor service delivery performance, vendor execution, and quality assurance standards.
Ensure strict adherence to safety codes, engineering specifications, and project governance standards.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, executive status reporting, and risk mitigation across complex project lifecycles.
Author comprehensive project management documentation, status reports, risk registers, and operational runbooks.
Support hybrid work arrangements while engaging stakeholders in Lewis Center, OH.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in telecommunications engineering and network project management.
Deep technical knowledge of Macro and Small Cell architecture, in-building wireless systems, and DAS/IDAS/ODAS.
Strong familiarity with network hub architecture, telecommunications service delivery, and network operations (NOC).
Proven practical experience with alarm identification, network troubleshooting procedures, and fault resolution.
Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
Mandatory residency/work authorization: Ability to operate on a hybrid schedule in Lewis Center, OH.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or ITIL Foundation.
Prior professional experience managing wireless infrastructure projects for major tier-1 carriers or infrastructure providers (e.g., Verizon, Crown Castle, Zayo).
Familiarity with CRAN, MDU, BAU, and network planning tools.
Immediate availability for professional mobilization in Ohio.
