Real Estate Specialist
Must have superior project management skills; work quickly, accurately and effectively in a highly fast-paced, demanding environment, with aggressive goals. Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Excellent computer skills including: Google Suite and Microsoft Products. High degree of self-directed initiative and individual judgement. Strong presentation, written and oral skills needed in order to successfully interface with legal, environmental, and regulatory vendors as well as municipal authorities. Ability to manage multiple professionals, including but not limited to, Attorneys, Zoning Team members, Engineers and outside Consultants. Must have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creation or revision and formatting of complex legal documents. Creative problem solver. Ability to work under extremely tight deadlines and manage competing priorities. Team player attitude is a MUST.
Desired skills include experience managing purchase orders and budgets and contract or real estate legal background.
Job duties include managing real estate for small cell and in-building projects from initial site design visit through completed drawings including drawing review, structural, and electrical feasibility; zoning, FAA/FCC survey work, Phase 1/2 environmental, certification. Manage real estate activities related to the development of approximately 300 multiple, simultaneous Network Small Cell and In-Building projects. Provide financial management of projects from start to finish. Demonstrate professionalism by responding to e-mails promptly, actively participating in meetings, ability to explain issues clearly, providing updates, maintaining records, working with other departments, and understanding the impact of their job to the overall business. Interface with internal and external departments agencies by interacting with municipal agencies. Develop the skills and ability to represent the company at municipal hearings if needed in support of the Real Estate group.
Education or certifications include a 4 year college degree or similar work experience.
Shift: Monday to Friday or approx. 8.00 to 5.00 (8 hour shift, 1 hour lunch)
