Capital One seeks an energetic Risk Manager to join the Network Participant Risk Oversight program within ORM. This role focuses on testing, monitoring and challenging first‑line risk takers to ensure robust control environments across network participants such as issuers and acquirers.
The NPRM Team drives governance, oversight and effective challenge, partnering with BRO and IRM. You will analyze data, document remediation plans, and communicate results to stakeholders while advancing risk
