Job description
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, upgrade and configure as needed:
CheckPoint firewall
SSL VPN
Analyze and evaluate new technologies
Develop operations, processes and procedures
Communicate technical solutions to non-technical personnel
Eagerly learn new technologies
Job Requirements:
5+ years’ experience with firewall, VPN and DNS configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting
BA/BS degree and more than 5 years of direct experience
Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, CISSP certifications are a plus
Strong understanding of network and endpoint security
Demonstrated ability to plan and implement projects
Experience with a leading Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool is a plus
