Job description
The Network Security Engineer designs, implements, and maintains secure network infrastructures to protect organizational systems and data from cyber threats. Responsibilities include configuring firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security solutions. The engineer continuously monitors network activity, investigates security incidents, performs vulnerability assessments, and recommends security improvements. This role works closely with IT and security teams to maintain compliance with industry standards and ensure business continuity.
Maintains servers, operating systems, user accounts, backups, and enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure reliable system performance.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science. CISSP or CEH certification preferred.
