Job description
Join a dynamic Network Infrastructure team supporting large-scale services that power caching, DNS, streaming, internet, peering, and backbone connectivity. This 12+ month contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled project/program manager who enjoys bringing structure to complex technical work and helping deliver reliable network solutions.
Responsibilities
Gather and organize customer requirements to support network planning and future growth forecasting.
Partner with engineering teams to help design network solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
Coordinate programs that include physical infrastructure, networking equipment, and internet connectivity.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Support the deployment of low-latency content delivery services across internal customer environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep work moving and address project dependencies.
Track progress and communicate updates clearly to support successful execution.
Skills
Experience in project management or program management, preferably in a technical environment.
Working knowledge of networking concepts and infrastructure-related projects.
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans and requirements.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical partners.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
Background supporting network infrastructure, data center, or cloud-related initiatives.
Familiarity with services such as DNS, caching, streaming, peering, or backbone connectivity.
Experience coordinating large-scale or highly technical programs.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technical areas with coaching and support.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
