Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) in the Neurosciences Department for Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role overlaps with Neuro-Hospitalist and Neuro Critical Care teams, providing patient-centered care in both settings.
The position requires IL APN/PA licensure, a master’s degree in a relevant specialty, and BLS/CPR certification, with prior neurology or critical care experience preferred. Work includes 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and a 40-hour week.
