Job description
Hartford Hospital seeks an Assistant Nursing Manager to supervise patient care, clinical staff and unit operations in the Neuro-Surgical ICU. This role collaborates with leadership to provide high-quality, family-centered care aligned with the hospital's strategic plan.
Requirements include CT RN license, BSN required with MSN preferred, BLS/ACLS and Arrhythmia Certification prior to hire, plus 2 years Acute Care RN experience and supervisory capabilities. Neuroscience experience preferred.
