Job description
Houston Methodist is seeking a Registered Nurse II to provide professional nursing care, perform assessments, assist with exams and treatments, and maintain medical records for a diverse patient population.
The RN II collaborates with physicians and the interprofessional team to deliver compassionate, safe care, demonstrates clinical competence with medications and procedures, and may serve as charge nurse or preceptor as needed. Texas RN license and BLS required; NIHSS within 4 months.
