Job description
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Riverside, CA is seeking a Neuro-Physical Therapist for PRN coverage in patients' homes and communities. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care in neuro rehab, targeting functional goals.
Experience in neurologically related disorders preferred; Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and state licensure required; strong communication and organizational skills essential.
