Job description
LCMC Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a rehab nursing role in New Orleans. You will champion multiple patients as they begin rehabilitation, collaborating with physicians, case managers, therapists and families as part of a team care approach.
You will lead care touchpoints, evaluate vital signs, monitor life-support measures, and apply knowledge of complex conditions while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment for patients and families.
