Job description
Corewell Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist at Wayne Hospital to provide individualized care for adults and children with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders per physician referral.
You will evaluate referred patients, establish patient and family-centered goals, and develop and execute treatment plans to promote or maximize independence in the discharge setting.
