Neuro Restorative Nursing Aide Rehabilitation Technician Full-Time

nWe are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Restorative Nursing Aide/Rehabilitation Technician to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced restorative CNA or you have an interest in CNA school , you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter. This is a hybrid position which promotes a dynamic role involving restorative nursing and rehabilitation technician responsibilities.
nWhat You’ll Do:
nAs a Restorative Nursing Aide/ Rehabiliation , you will:
nnnAssist residents with restorative care activities, including range of motion exercises, ambulation, and positioning
n
nnSupport patients in maintaining functional abilities and maximizing independence
n
nnWork collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
n
nnObserve and report patient progress or changes in condition
n
nnProvide high-quality personalized care in accordance with individualized care plans
n
nnSafely transport patients in accordance with daily therapy schedules.
n
nnPrepare, clean, and maintain therapy equipment to meet operational and hygiene standards.
n
nnAssist therapists and residents during sessions, helping with ambulation, exercises, and positioning.
n
nnAccurately manage both paper and digital documentation; upload to EMRs (PCC, Net Health, Innova Health).
n
nnRun and assist with reports and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
n
nnRestock therapy supplies daily (e.g., linens, gloves, disinfectant).
n
nnProvide clerical support, such as distributing and updating therapy schedules.
n
nnCommunicate and coordinate with other departments to support patient care and therapy readiness.
n
nnMaintain a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.
n
n nWhat We’re Looking For:
nnnHigh School diploma or equivalent required
n
nnCurrent NJ Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license preferred
n
nnExperience in restorative care or rehabilitation setting preferred
n
nnStrong interpersonal and communication skills
n
nnA compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
n
