Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Grand Junction, Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced neuro-trauma med-surg setting.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise staff, and develop individualized care plans while monitoring outcomes and adjusting therapies as needed. Valid RN license and BLS required; BSN preferred.
