Job description
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading academic medical center just north of Boston in seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its highly regarded and expanding Neurocritical Care program. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment that cares for complex neurological and neurosurgical patients.
nnPosition Highlights
nnJoin a dedicated team of 5 Neurointensivists and 10 Advanced Practice Providers
nPractice in a 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit, expanding to 12 beds within the next year
nPrimary critical care role managing adult patients with severe neurological and neurosurgical conditions
nCollaborative, team-based model with strong attending support
nPerform procedures, including arterial lines, central lines, and lumbar punctures
nNo prior Neurocritical Care experience required; critical care experience preferred
nStrong emphasis on teaching, quality improvement, and professional growth
n nResponsibilities
nnPerform patient histories and physical examinations
nDevelop and implement diagnostic and treatment plans
nInterpret laboratory data, imaging, and physiologic monitoring
nCommunicate effectively with patients and families
nWork semi-autonomously while collaborating closely with Neurointensivists

n nCompensation and Benefits
nnAnnual base salary range: $133,120 – $215,000
nCompensation based on experience, training, certifications, and role responsibilities
