What We Offer
Exciting Neurohospitalist Opportunity in Winston‑Salem, NC! Join our team at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, where you will work in a multidisciplinary inpatient neurology and stroke program. Enjoy a 7 on / 7 off schedule with 12‑hour shifts – approximately 139 day shifts and 36 night shifts annually. Primary coverage at Kernersville and Thomasville primary stroke centers is scheduled every six weeks.
Key Details:
7 on / 7 off schedule with 12‑hour shifts
Approx. 139 day shifts and 36 night shifts annually
Primary facility: Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center
Coverage at Primary Stroke Centers in Kernersville and Thomasville every 6 weeks
Stay supported by a team of two Neurologists and two Advanced Practice Providers on each shift.
What You'll Do
Provide high‑quality patient care in a multidisciplinary environment.
Engage in team collaboration, community involvement, and continuous quality improvement.
Maintain patient safety and adhere to the principle of "First Do No Harm".
What We're Looking For
Education & Training:
Graduate of an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited residency program
Completion of a specialty fellowship (if applicable)
Licensure & Certification:
Current MD license in the state of employment
Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
Active DEA license
