An 180-provider multispecialty group in southeast Massachusetts is adding a NeuroHospitalist. We are a physician-owned group, affiliated with Brown University. The hospital has 180 beds, a state-of-the-art patient pavilion, and other recent renovations. In addition to 40 Primary Care physicians, we represent a range of medical and surgical specialists.

nnAbout the Opportunity:

nn7 on/7 off block schedule

nThe group has their own outpatient Sleep Lab, EMG and EEG, CT and MRI, accredited Vascular Laboratory, and Laboratory.

nThe Neurology Division currently consists of 5 physicians, covering a thriving outpatient practice and currently seeing inpatient consultations at 2 hospitals

nThis is a hospital-based position

nStroke management has been recognized by the AHA/American Stroke Association

nAcute TPA administration is handled by a separate hospital-based Stroke Team utilizing teleneurology. Neurosurgeons and vascular surgeons are readily available locally, and a referral network exists for interventional neuroangiography, interventions, and complex cases requiring tertiary academic center care.

nThe salary is commensurate with the candidate’s training, expertise, and skill set.

nPhysicians are eligible for corporate bonuses after 1 year and eligible for partnership after 3 years
