Physician in Practice: 50; 10 APPs
Support Staff: 1 EMG tec, 1 LPN, Shared Receptionist
Lumbar Puncture, Muscle Biopsy, EEG
Brain Death Exam, EMG, Botox
Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Requirements:
OH License (or willing to obtain)
DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
