Neurologist
Location: New York, NY / Brooklyn, NY / Staten Island, NY (Rotation Required)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Approximately $400,000 annually + bonus (based on experience and qualifications)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Neurologist to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, including the ability to interpret EEG and EMG studies, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat disorders affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles.
Conduct neurological examinations and patient assessments.
Interpret EEG and EMG studies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Order and interpret neurological imaging and diagnostic tests.
Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions.
Prescribe medications and monitor treatment outcomes.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
Active New York medical license or eligibility for licensure.
Experience interpreting EEG and EMG studies.
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
English proficiency required; bilingual candidates preferred.
