nSchedule –
nNeurologist: M-F, clinic. Daily rounding on hospital patients as needed. No more than 10 days of call per month.
nWe are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join our dynamic team. The Neurologist will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of neurological conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role includes daily rounding on hospitalized patients as needed, as well as collaboration with other specialties to deliver comprehensive neurological care.
nResponsibilities
nnnDiagnose and treat disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and muscles (e.g., stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathies).

nnPerform comprehensive neurological examinations and interpret diagnostic studies such as EEG, EMG, MRI, and CT.
n
nnProvide outpatient consultations and follow-up care in clinic.
n
nnParticipate in daily inpatient rounds for consults and follow-up care.
n
nnCollaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and other specialists on patient management.
n
nnParticipate in stroke team activities (if applicable), including acute stroke evaluation.
n
nnDocument findings and care plans accurately and in a timely manner in the EMR.
n
nnEducate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and long-term care planning.
n
nnContribute to quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
n
nnMay be involved in teaching medical students or residents, depending on the practice setting.
n
n nQualifications
nnnMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
n
nnBoard certification or board eligibility in Neurology.
n
nnActive and unrestricted state medical license.
n
nnDEA license and credentials necessary for prescribing.
n
nnExcellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
n
nnStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnFellowship training in subspecialties such as stroke, epilepsy, neuromuscular, or neurocritical care (optional).
n
nnExperience in using EMR systems Epic
n
nnParticipation in call rotation and hospital-based care.
n
