Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm -- no weekends or holidays
Avg 23 scheduled patients per physician per day
100% outpatient neurology clinic -- no inpatient or hospital coverage
Adult patients only -- general neurology and headache focus
Botulinum toxin (Botox) administration strongly preferred
No call, no ER call, no weekend or holiday requirements
Two clinic locations covered -- approx 35 min apart
Board certification required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
