JOB DESCRIPTION:
BOTOX, EMG and EEG (reading) Required
Active California license only
The site would like someone serious and that will do what's need once awarded as far as getting credentialed.
OP clinic is M-F 8-5 with 1 hour lunch
IP is consults at hospital for when on call 24 hour while on call
Call schedule is typically 10 days per month
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Both Outpatient and Inpatient are required
Patients per shift- Aprox. 10-15
Beds in department- 5
CERTIFICATES REQUIRED Board Certificates
