Job description
TriHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse for outpatient stroke follow-up and ongoing care coordination. The role emphasizes assessing recovery, managing neurologic health, and addressing dementia and Alzheimer's care as needed.
The APRN will work in a four-day schedule with day shifts, located at 10475 Montgomery Rd. Neurology experience and geriatric care are valued; nurses must hold APRN licensure and relevant certifications.
