Neurology Opportunity In Paducah, Kentucky
Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist with a focus on Epilepsy to join a busy outpatient practice in Paducah, Kentucky. There are no call and no weekend requirements.
Core Clinical Skills & Expertise
Comprehensive evaluation and longitudinal management of epilepsy and seizure disorders (adult and/or pediatric, as applicable)
Expertise in seizure classification, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Interpretation and clinical correlation of EEGs (routine and continuous video monitored EEG)
Medication management for refractory and complex epilepsy cases
Patient and family education regarding seizure safety, lifestyle

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
Strong interest in outpatient neurology
Passion for patient-centered care and improving access in underserved communities
Comfortable working in a team-based environment alongside mid-level providers, neuro-hospitalists, and care navigators
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to care coordination
Willingness to participate in program development, quality improvement, and community outreach
