Job description
Optum is inviting final-year Otolaryngology Residents and Fellows to join the Physician Pathways Program, designed to accelerate their clinical careers within a physician-led organization. The program offers a generous guaranteed salary during the final year and mentorship from experienced physicians, focused on value-based care and population health initiatives.
Participants will complete the customized program at Optum Tri-State facilities in New York and/or virtually, with only a few hours
