Job description
Elaya Health is expanding its Neurology division and seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver on-site neurology care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The provider will evaluate patients with a broad range of neurological conditions and work closely with facility physicians, nursing, and administration.
