Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency in Missouri seeks an experienced nurse manager to coordinate patient care, supervise staff, manage staffing and budget, and ensure policy-aligned documentation. Responsibilities include hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development to meet departmental goals.
Additionally, staff scheduling, payroll reconciliation, and communications are part of the role. RN license is required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
