Job description
Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations within a rehabilitation unit.
Responsibilities include:
Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting staff development.
Developing staffing plans, managing budgets, and responding to operational needs.
Providing patient-centered care based on assessments and treatment plans, documenting interventions accurately.
Creating collaborative care plans aligned with medical diagnoses and treatments.
Monitoring staff productivity, conducting performance reviews, and managing scheduling, overtime, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 2-5 years for minimum; 5-10 years preferred, with supervisory experience for higher roles.
Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license.
