Clinical Role
Adult outpatient Neurology coverageApproximately 25 patients per dayCoverage needed due to overflowConsults and established patient visitsBotox for migraines if appropriately credentialedEMG and EEG responsibilities Schedule & Coverage
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am-4:30 pmFriday: 8:00 am-12:00 pmFriday administrative time: 12:00 pm-4:00 pmPaid lunch: 12:00 pm-1:00 pmOngoing coverage anticipated beginning February as additional schedules are released Current Coverage Dates

Outpatient Neurology clinicMA supportCerner EMRAll candidates must complete an EMR questionnaire Requirements & Credentialing
Nurse Practitioners: AANP or ANCC certification requiredPhysician Assistants: NCCPA certification requiredArizona license requiredNP compact candidates accepted with LOQ in hand at time of submissionACLS and BLS highly preferred; must be willing to obtain during credentialing What's great about Prescott, Arizona?
