Position Highlights
Outpatient clinical responsibilities with academic protected time
Shared call with Pediatric Neurology and Adult Neurology residents - approximately every 4-8 weeks
NAEC Level IV Epilepsy Center with dedicated epilepsy monitoring unit (EMU)
Level 1 Trauma Center setting within a 228-bed pediatric facility
Division of 11 pediatric neurologists plus NPs, RNs, and MAs
Access to advanced imaging: 3-T MRI, PET scanners, low-radiation CT, and dedicated pediatric neuroradiologists
ACGME-accredited pediatric neurology residency and pediatric epilepsy fellowship programs
Opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows
Academic appointment at Central Michigan University College of Medicine
Six NIH-funded grants with multiple pathways for research and scholarly activity
