Pediatrics Neurologist Location: Ridgewood, New JerseyOutpatient Autism-Focused No Call Position Overview 90% Autism spectrum disorder patients10% Medicaid general pediatric neurology populationBrand new outpatient facilityNon-profit organizationFounder is a practicing Pediatric Neurologist (23 years of experience) Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday-FridayOpen to: client is very flexible around schedule Full-time (5 days/week)Part-time (1-3 days/week) No hospital coverageNo weekendsNo call or after-hours call Patient Volume & Workflow Ages: 0-21 years9-10 patients per day90-minute intake/assessment20-minute follow-ups Must perform:CARS (Childhood Autism Rating Scale)ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule)Training provided EEG experience preferred (training available if needed)Supervisory role over NPsEMR: Practice Fusion Required Qualifications Board Certified or truly Board Eligible:Pediatric Neurology OR Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics Open to 2026 graduatesNot accepting 2027 gradsNo visa sponsorshipPost-graduate experience preferred but not requiredNJ Medicaid credentialing preferred (not required) Compensation & Structure Employed (W2); 1099 option availableSign-on bonus: NegotiableComprehensive benefits Ideal Candidate Interested in autism-focused outpatient practiceComfortable with developmental evaluationsValues predictable schedule and strong work-life balanceOpen to supervising NPs RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communicationSense of urgencyTeamworkAccountabilityDriven to winHigher consciousness
