Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate: Neurology Sky Lakes Neurology Clinic Klamath Falls, Oregon Are you ready to use your brain and help others with theirs? Sky Lakes Neurology Clinic is looking for a dedicated NP or PA to join our collaborative team . If you re looking for a role that offers deep clinical engagement without the burnout of a 24/7 hospital cycle, you ve found your "synapse" .
The Opportunity: Growth & Continuity Step into a flourishing practice where "growth" isn't just a buzzword it s the reason we re hiring . You ll work alongside two experienced MDs in a supportive environment where the doctors handle the initial heavy lifting (new patient visits) so you can focus on building lasting relationships through continuity of care .
The "Brain-Friendly" Schedule : Enjoy a 4-day work week with 1 dedicated admin day (40 hours total) . No weekends and zero call coverage means your time off is truly yours .
Clinical Scope : 100% outpatient care with a manageable volume of patients per day .
Focus on Care : Appointments typically range from 20 to 40 minutes, giving you the time to actually talk to your patients .
Procedures : No required procedures just high-quality neurology .
Compensation & Incentives We value your expertise and offer a package that reflects the specialized nature of neurology:
Salary : $140,000 $160,000 (dependent on experience) .
Sign-On Bonus : $30,000 (distributed over 3 years) .
RVU Production : Quarterly bonuses based on performance .
CME Support : $3,000 annual allowance plus 5 days of dedicated PTO .
Moving Support : Relocation assistance to get you settled in beautiful Oregon .
Qualifications Experience : We are open to both seasoned Neurology APPs and motivated New Graduates .
Credential : Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate .
