Job Summary:
Qualified Candidates: Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
Primarily night shift coverage
3:12-hour shift schedule
Provide cross-coverage for both Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery service lines
Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities
Prior surgical experience required; neurosurgery and/or orthopedic surgery experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient management skills
