Job description
A health services network in New Jersey is currently seeking a licensed Neurologist for a promising Locum opportunity at one of their outpatient practices in Atlantic City.
About the Opportunity:
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Setting: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: 14-18 patients/day (Adult: 60% Geriatric: 40%)
Responsibilities:
General outpatient neurology, including:
Headache/migraine
Seizure disorders
Neuropathy
Movement disorders
Multiple sclerosis
Cognitive disorders
Post-stroke follow-up
Review/order diagnostics and manage medications
Qualifications:
Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Neurology
ABPN or AOBNP
NJ license OR must have already applied / have IMLC
DEA + NJ CDS registration
BLS certification
Desired Qualifications:
Cerner/comparable EMR experience
