Job description
Ongoing outpatient General Neurology coverage with UPMC beginning January 2027.
Schedule
Monday Friday
8:00 AM 4:00 PM
8-hour shifts
No call
No nights
No weekends
Approximately 20 shifts/month needed overall
Physicians with partial monthly availability may be considered
Practice Details
100% Adult Outpatient Neurology
Bread-and-butter general neurology
Established patient panel
New referrals through established network
Movement disorders
MS
ALS
Migraine
Stroke
Approximately patients per shift
2 3 outpatient EEG reads per day
No procedures
Epic EMR
Physician works independently
No APP/Mid-Level coverage
Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Minimum 3 years experience
DEA
BLS
Maryland CSR
Maryland license not required at submission
Approximately 90-day credentialing timeline
Compensation
$280/hr
$2,240 per 8-hour day
$11,200 per 40-hour week
Full travel covered within client guidelines
