General Neurology Physician

APP/Mid-Level Support: None
Compensation:
Hourly: $300hr
Orientation: $300/hr
Schedule
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Approximately 20 shifts per month
Provider should indicate how many shifts per week they can cover
If unable to cover weekly, provider should indicate how many shifts per month they can offer
Provider must confirm ability to start in January 2027
Patient Population / Volume
Patient Population: 100% Adult
Average Volume: Approximately 18-20 patients per shift
Patient Mix: New and established patients
EEGs: Approximately 2-3 outpatient EEGs per day to interpret
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide outpatient General Neurology care
Manage an established patient panel
Evaluate and treat new patient referrals
Manage bread-and-butter Neurology conditions
Interpret outpatient EEGs
Provide longitudinal Neurology care

Broad medical subspecialty support available onsite
Provider will practice independently
Requirements
Board Certified OR Board Eligible - Required
Maryland medical license not required at time of application
Candidates needing to obtain a Maryland license may be considered
DEA - Required
Maryland CSR - Required
BLS - Required
Minimum 3 years of experience - Required
Must be comfortable working independently
Must be comfortable interpreting outpatient EEGs
Credentialing
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
