NEUROLOGY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: USA, Kentucky
POSITION SUMMARY
The organization is seeking a physician to provide outpatient neurological care supported by a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing a wide range of neurologic conditions, performing diagnostic studies, collaborating with colleagues trained across multiple neurologic disciplines, and participating in limited inpatient call without after hours duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Neurology.
• Residency training in Neurology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
• Training or experience in Neurology.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative clinical practice.
COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in assessing and treating diverse neurologic disorders.
• Skill in performing neurologic diagnostic procedures.
• Capacity to coordinate care with specialty and ancillary teams.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical quality and safety.
WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Outpatient; Inpatient; Clinic/Private Practice
• Outpatient neurology practice with support from multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Infrequent inpatient responsibilities with structured call coverage.
• Use of industry standard EMR and modern diagnostic tools.
• Collaboration with neurodiagnostic personnel for EEG and related studies.
• Access to advanced imaging and procedural resources within the facility.
