Outpatient Neurology - Permanent Location: San Antonio, TexasSetting: Outpatient Clinic (Adults & Teens)Employment Type: W-2 OnlyPRACTICE OVERVIEW (Quick View) Outpatient Only - No inpatient, no callPatient Population: Mostly adults & teensAutonomy: Provider works solo after initial trainingTraining Location: Austin, TX with lead physicianClinical Focus: Neurological exams & assessmentsBrain injury evaluations & treatment Brain Injury Experience: PreferredEMR: OpenEMRCensus: TBDCare Model: Collaborative, value-based careNon-Clinical Expectations: Participation in meetings, business development & community eventsSupervision: None required SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT Schedule: Monday-FridayWeekends: None Call: None Support Staff: MAs, front desk, and clinic support team LICENSING & CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED) Texas Medical License - in hand or appliedDEA License - RequiredBLS Certification - RequiredBoard Certified or Truly Board Eligible CANDIDATE PROFILE Open to New Grads (no 2027 graduates)Experience Preferred: 2+ years (not required)Comfortable practicing independently after onboardingInterest in collaborative, value-based care COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $350,000 Bonus Potential: DOE (discussed directly with client)Malpractice: With TAIL Relocation & Sign-On Bonus: Available Interested?
